The shimmer of the shadows.
The darkness of death.
The pain of a wound.
That is what a haunt is. Prussia was now one of those haunts, destined to be bound to the land of the living until he fades away. You were an angel, a young girl who died from a deadly disease with no cure. Starcrossed lovers, never to see each other, to touch each other. That is, until now.
Reader's POV
I ran to my pool, hoping that no one saw my quick escape from the forbidden section of the library. I clutched the piece of paper with the spell to see my beloved again close to my chest. I cleared an area around myself and read the spell out loud.
"Heaven is on Earth and Earth is on Heaven. Take me back to the realm of the living where the stricken dwell and the evil lurk. Take me back world!" Light surrounded me as I felt myself being flitted away from the pool. The light did not last long and darkness filled my (e/c) eyes. Wind was swishing past me, causing my angelic robes to rise. It only lasted a moment, for then bam! Light made my (e/c) orbs squint shut for a second, then open again when the light dulled. I had done it. I was back on Earth! I stood outside my grave, look around for Prussia. I saw his grave next to mine and thought he wouldn't stray too far. I went to the old willow tree in the back of the cemetery and found the haunt that is Prussia laying against the tree. I was so happy to see him in person, not just from a small shining pool.
"Prussia." I whispered as I ran over to him. He looked up, his eyes dull for a moment, then light and joy flooded into them as he realized who I was.
"________?!" he cried, standing up. I ran into his outstretched arms and hugged him with all the strength I had.
"How are you even here?" he asked once we parted. I told him about the technique, to which he was in awe about. We kissed for the first time in such a long time, the passion still there. He needn't tell me what he had been doing, for I told him that I could see him from Heaven. I told him all about Heaven and how it was pleasant and nice, except for the work you had to do, but that was ok. I told him how much I had missed him and how much I longed to see him.
"Why wouldn't Death tell you about this way to get to me?" Prussia asked finally. I wondered. Why hadn't he told me? Suddenly, the sky went black and lightning struck the tree. We both jumped up. When we looked up, we gasped.
"D-death," I whispered as I bowed. Prussia did not bow, and I knew he wouldn't. Why should he, since he was denied from Heaven? I rose up again and flinched at the anger in Death's eyes. I had never seen such fury in them since I had died.
"_______! You have disobeyed me and have come back to the land of the living. What do you have to say for yourself?" I opened my mouth to speak, but Prussia interupted me.
"She came to see me, since you wouldn't let me see her, you asshole! She doesn't have to obey you!" I was shocked. I had never seen Prussia so furious in his life. Death did not move or even speak. He just stared at me. I looked away. Suddenly, Prussia was knocked away and hit an old grave stone.
"Prussia, wha-!" I gasped as death appeared behind me and took hold of my wings. He brushed my (h/c) hair out of the way.
"_______, you have left Heaven against my will and for that, you must be deeply punished." I felt a dull ache in my back, then a powerful pain ripped through my body. I shrieked and tried to move, but couldn't Prussia tried to run towards me, but he was forced back again. I screamed again as the pain got worse. I heard a ripping noise and fell onto the ground. Sticky, hot blood poured down my back onto the dry ground. I looked back up at death, fear in my eyes. What had he done?! I saw something in his hands. Then it hit me.
"My wings!" I screamed, my mouth dropping open with shock. Death loomed over me, his eyes burning with firey hate.
"_______, this is your punishment. You are no longer an angel and you are here forth banished from Heaven. Your wings have been removed in a most painful way to show this punishment." Prussia protested as I cried.
"Also, since you used the back world technique, you won't be around for much longer." Death added before vanishing. Prussia ran over to me, and held me as I cried. I was no longer an angel and I was going to fade! This couldn't get any worse.

Castle of Glass
You walked in to your boyfriend’s apartment quietly. It was a bit early; you didn’t want to wake him. But you brought him breakfast. His favorite coffee and donuts. As you set them down on the kitchen counter, you noticed something. A calendar sitting on the counter. Days up until September 11th were crossed out in black ink. The 11th was circled in red marker. “Fuck…”
You quickly glance up at the clock of the wall. 8:46 AM.

RussiaxBlind!Reader part 4
You sat on the couch as you listened to Russia bang some pots and pans around in the kitchen. You were about to watch the Russian live action version of Anastasia. It was English dubbed because Russia knew that you couldn't understand much Russian.
Estonia and Lithuania were busy with the duties being a country entailed while Belarus and Ukraine had gone out for the evening. This left you and Latvia to watch a movie with Russia.
"You know," you called, "We don't need popcorn if you don't want any. We could just watch the movie."
"But sunflower said that she liked popcorn so I am going to make her popcorn!" He called back.
You leaned down
